The iPhone 15 Ultra has a premium design aesthetic. The phone's back borders are made of stainless steel, while the back panel is made of glass. The iPhone model has a 6.73-inch OLED Super Retina XDR Display. The model offers a resolution of 2796 x 1290 pixels and comes with an adaptive screen refresh rate. The model also features 458ppi pixel density and 16 million colors. For security, the iPhone 15 Ultra packs Face ID, which is an advanced version of the face unlock feature.

The Apple iPhone 15 Ultra is powered by an Apple A16 Bionic hexa-core processor. Two performance cores and four efficiency cores are included in the 4nm chipset. For maximum performance, the SoC also has a 5-core GPU and a 16-core Neural Engine. The iPhone 15 Ultra is loaded with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, which is not expandable. The phone has a triple-camera arrangement with a 48MP main sensor with f/1.78 aperture, sensor-shift OIS capability, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture, and a 12MP telephoto lens with f/2.8 aperture.
